Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, part of CRH Americas Building Products, seeks a seasoned ERP/Business Transformation lead to guide a global SAP/ERP implementation. You will gather requirements, validate solutions, and design end-to-end processes in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

This remote US role requires travel about 60% and a strong ability to translate business needs into technical specs, train users, and drive adoption during Go-Live and hyper-care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in manufacturing or relevant business experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP implementations and cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert in end-to-end system design and processes.
• Gather detailed business requirements, engage in solution validation and workshops.
• Collaborate with SAP consultants and SMEs on testing scenarios to meet business needs.
• Deliver end-user training and support during Go-Live and hyper-care.
