Job summary

CRH plc seeks a Business Process Analyst for a remote US-based role supporting the ERP initiative within CRH Americas Building Products. You will become an expert in end-to-end system design, gather detailed requirements, and work with SAP and Salesforce teams to validate solutions and drive adoption.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing or related field, strong problem solving, cross-functional collaboration, and willingness to travel about 60%+.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or related business preferred.
• Strong strategic and problem solver mindset with ability to break down complex problems into testable components.
• Effective collaboration, alignment, and communication within a global team.
• Ability to travel 60%+.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert in end-to-end system design and processes.
• Gather detailed business requirements, engage in solution validation and end-to-end workshops with SAP/Salesforce teams.
• Help COE understand the business to create technical requirements.
• Collaborate with SAP consultants and SMEs on testing scenarios to meet requirements.
• Focus on testing end-to-end business scenarios and cross-functional workflows.
• Document Business Process Design (PDD) and update standards as needed.
• Create job aids for day-to-day end users.
• Identify training needs and participate in Train the Trainer events.
• Deliver end-user training and sustain user adoption; provide hyper-care support Go-Live.
