Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking an Operations Training Manager to design, develop, and deliver training programs for our ERP systems, tailored to Operations end users. The role supports in-person and virtual training, collaborating with Digital Solutions and Unit Operations leaders to ensure standards are met.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years EPC construction experience, hands-on ERP and CMiC exposure, and strong presentation and travel abilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial or utility-scale EPC construction experience in roles such as Project/Field Engineer, Project Manager, Superintendent, or Project Controller.
• Hands-on experience with an ERP is required; CMiC experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with virtual training tools (Zoom, Teams) and strong MS Office skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities; capable of leading in-person sessions.
• Willingness to travel to company offices and job sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver interactive and engaging training sessions for Operations end users.
• Utilize formats like workshops, webinars, and e-learning modules to deliver training content.
• Create and maintain training materials, guides, presentations, and reference documents.
• Tailor content to specific roles and workflows to maximize relevance.
• Develop and update a schedule for development and implementation of training programs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure content reflects current standards and needs.
• Validate accuracy with subject matter experts and gather feedback to assess effectiveness.
• Provide ongoing support for ERP-related questions and troubleshooting.
• Travel to offices and job sites to deliver in-person training.
