Launchpad is seeking a Functional Consultant to guide international customers through ERP/Financial SaaS implementations. You will translate business needs into system configurations, lead discovery sessions, and manage multiple projects with a strong focus on customer outcomes.

This is a 100% remote role with PST hours. Expect USD 3800–4200 monthly, plus training stipends and PTO to support professional growth in P2P, Spend Management, and analytics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing ERPs, Financial Systems, or SaaS platforms.
• Proven balance of Project Management and Functional Consulting during software rollouts.
• Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay and Accounts Payable processes.
• Ability to work autonomously with customers during implementations.
• Translate business needs into functional system configurations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management; professional English.

Responsabilités

• Manage implementation projects with timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Lead discovery sessions to identify business requirements.
• Understand finance and procurement processes and translate to config.
• Advise on process improvements, 3-way matching, and automation opportunities.
• Support UAT, training, and Go-Live activities.
• Drive customer adoption and maximize business value.
• Handle multiple projects while maintaining excellent service.
