Capaxrm is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central Finance Consultant to lead the next phase of an ERP journey for a US-based client. This fully remote, long-term contract focuses on post-go-live optimisation and finance process improvements across a multi-entity environment.

You will conduct health checks, map processes, and implement structured improvements using a sprint-based approach, working closely with Finance and IT leadership.

Competenze

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Finance module.
• Strong accounting and finance knowledge for advising stakeholders on best practices.
• Experience in multi-entity environments, MEM and financial consolidations.
• Post-go-live optimisation and ERP best practices.

Mansioni

• Conduct BC health checks and gap assessments.
• Collaborate with Finance and IT to create an optimisation roadmap.
• Improve multi-entity financial management and reporting across ~30 entities.
• Review GL, Dimensions, Purchasing, Project Accounting, and workflows.
• Automate manual processes such as ACH/EFT payments and approvals.
• Evaluate Cosmos reporting and reporting improvements.
• Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, testing and continuous improvement.
• Deliver improvements via sprint-based projects.
