Job summary

DEW Softech Inc is seeking a skilled Workday Finance Consultant to support a remote ERP transformation across Finance. The role focuses on optimizing Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report and cash processes, with automation and data-driven reporting as core goals.

The candidate should have 5–7+ years of Workday configuration experience, strong accounting knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration skills with Finance and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of Workday configuration experience across finance areas.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Financials including GL, AP, AR, Banking, Projects, Expenses.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
• Experience enabling automation to optimize finance operations.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration across Finance and IT.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and test Workday configurations to optimize Procure-to-Pay and Quote-to-Cash processes.
• Automate end-to-end invoice generation and delivery; migrate invoice layouts to Doc Layouts.
• Centralize AP invoice intake and deploy Workday OCR for ML-based field population.
• Configure bank statement matching; replace RPA cash posting with auto-application rules and ML matching.
• Create and customize Finance reports and dashboards for operations and compliance.
• Collaborate with functional leads to document decisions and validate solutions through testing.
