Forvis Mazars is seeking a Lead Consultant, ERP Services Delivery for a remote US role. You will support ERP implementations for construction-focused solutions, coordinating with consultants and client stakeholders to plan, configure, train, and provide post-implementation support.

You will collaborate to optimize business processes, document progress, and advance knowledge of ERP platforms while maintaining strong client relationships and professional communication.

Competenze

• 4+ years of experience in ERP or software consulting, customer support, or related roles.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Foundational understanding of accounting principles (payroll, A/P, A/R, inventory, POs, GL).

Mansioni

• Analyze client business needs and translate them into ERP configurations and workflows.
• Participate in project planning, scheduling, and task tracking.
• Contribute to system setup, testing, and data migration.
• Provide hands-on training and post-implementation support to client teams.
• Ensure smooth go-live transitions and ongoing optimization.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and updates.
