Job summary

Baptist Health seeks a Functional Database Analyst- ERP System to join the Service Delivery Center for Supply Chain in Louisville, KY. This remote role requires residency in KY or IN and focuses on configuring ERP and contract management software, plus data exchanges with Epic, HSM, and Omnicell.

The analyst will manage ERP data, support New Product Request processes, and oversee contract data, inventory control, PAR management, and requisition templates, ensuring policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2 years’ analytical/ERP data management experience required.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP software preferred.
• Experience working with clinicians, physicians, and stakeholders in healthcare operations.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain the functional aspects of the ERP system and contract management software.
• Coordinate data exchanges between ERP and Epic, Horizon Surgical Manager (HSM), and Omnicell.
• Lead training for system users across the organization.
