Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Healthcare Business Intelligence Analyst III - Pharmacy to join the Performance Advisory Office. This remote position requires residency in KY or IN and supports Pharmacy leaders with analytics, performance monitoring, and strategic insights.

You will translate complex healthcare data into actionable recommendations to improve medication safety, operations, and financial stewardship, partnering across pharmacy, clinical, and operational teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience gathering requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate operational needs into analytics solutions.
• Strong communication and data storytelling skills.
• Experience analyzing complex healthcare data.
• Healthcare domain knowledge required.
• Experience developing technical requirements for reports/dashboards.
• Experience validating data and supporting decision-making.
• Ability to translate data into leadership recommendations.
• Project management and change management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted analytics advisor to Baptist Health Pharmacy leaders and stakeholders.
• Partner with pharmacy leadership, operations, clinicians to define analytic questions.
• Interpret data and translate findings into actionable insights for strategic decisions.
• Support performance across medication utilization, operations, inventory, 340B, and quality initiatives.
• Develop analytics to support Specialty Pharmacy growth and 340B optimization.
• Guide leaders in applying data to real-world business decisions.
• Build stakeholder relationships and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide executive-level insights for operational and strategic decision-making.
