Job summary

Baptist Health in Louisville, KY seeks an IT Workday Functional Analyst – Supply Chain to optimize ERP-enabled workflows and support complex supply chain operations across the system.

You will customize and configure Workday integrations, assist with ERP development and testing, ensure compliance with GPOs and device tracking, and provide guidance to teammates on scalable Supply Chain solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with three years' experience.
• Workday Certification in Supply Chain Management or Procurement.
• Experience integrating Workday with Epic.
• Familiarity with Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) and healthcare contracting models.
• Knowledge of UDI (Unique Device Identification) and implant tracking compliance.
• Experience in large-scale ERP transformation initiatives (e.g., Workday deployment in multi-hospital systems)

Responsibilities

• Customize and configure Workday workflows for ERP integration.
• Assist with development and maintenance of the ERP program.
• Design, test, debugs and document programs for ERP implementations.
• Provide guidance and training to less experienced analysts/programmers.
• Focus on Supply Chain operations.
