Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Experience collaborating with business, operational, clinical, or pharmacy stakeholders to gather requirements and translate findings.
Ability to liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to develop analytics solutions.
Strong communication, presentation, and data storytelling skills.
Experience analyzing healthcare data and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
Healthcare domain knowledge required.
Experience developing requirements for reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
Experience validating data and supporting decision-making.
