Job summary

Zions Bancorporation is seeking a Product Manager for ERP Banking/APIs. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver secure, auditable access across ERPs and APIs, reducing risk while enabling growth. Requires 8+ years in product management with API/ERP experience.

This role offers a remote US placement or location at select HQs, with comprehensive banking products knowledge and strong collaboration skills across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, marketing or related field with relevant experience.
• 8+ years’ experience in product management.
• Extensive knowledge/experience of bank services/products preferred.
• Extensive knowledge/experience with APIs, ERP systems, Treasury Workstations and other accounting platforms.
• Strong problem solving and project management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Agile experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the product feature/expertise (SME).
• Maintain and improve product assets including FAQ, sales materials, training documentation, and workflows.
• Monitor vendor releases and participate in vendor reviews.
• Nurture supplier relationships and be an extraordinary partner.
• Conduct product sales, implementation, and service training.
• Identify issues quickly and bring to closure with focus on client experience.
• Interface with sales, marketing and operations to inform customers of feature details.
• Contribute to pricing strategy and growth opportunities for products/services.
• Interact with senior management on coordination matters.
• Identify new product opportunities and stay abreast of client needs and market trends.
• Define product roadmap with IT governance guidance and Sales prioritization.
• Write business cases and requirements; deliver initiatives through compliance and launch processes.
• Manage product life cycle end-to-end and regulatory changes.
