Job summary

Zions Bancorporation is seeking a Product Manager for ERP Banking/APIs. The PM will manage a cross-functional product suite delivering secure, auditable ERP/API access, reducing risk and accelerating future services across commercial platforms.

The role requires expertise in product management, APIs, ERP systems, and banking products, with strong cross-functional collaboration and strategic thinking. Remote work within the United States is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, marketing or related fields with relevant experience in product management.
• 8+ years' experience in product management.
• Extensive knowledge/experience of bank services/products preferred.
• Extensive knowledge/experience with APIs, ERP systems, Treasury Workstations and other accounting platforms.
• Strong problem solving, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Product feature/functionality expert (SME).
• Maintain and improve product assets including FAQ, materials, training documentation, and workflows.
• Monitor vendor releases and participate in vendor reviews.
• Nurture supplier relationships and be an extraordinary partner.
• Conduct product sales, implementation, and service training.
• Interface with sales, marketing and operations to inform customers of features.
