Job summary

Fulton Bank, N.A. is seeking a Commercial Banking Product Integration Specialist to act as the technical bridge between our product suite and client enterprise systems.

You will design, configure, and implement integrations that enable seamless use of treasury and cash management solutions for corporate clients. The role requires strong experience with ERP platforms, secure file transfers, and API integrations, plus the ability to translate complex requirements into clear technical plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in IT/CS/finance tech or related field.
• 5+ years in a technical client-facing role in commercial banking, treasury management, or fintech.
• 3+ years experience with SSO integrations (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
• 3+ years hands-on experience integrating with ERP systems and financial data formats.
• 3+ years strong background in secure file transfer protocols (SFTP, FTPS) and API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for commercial banking product integrations during client onboarding.
• Assess client IT environments, including ERP systems, SSO methods, and file transfer protocols.
• Translate client requirements into integration specifications and configuration plans.
• Configure and test secure file transmissions and API-based data exchanges.
• Collaborate with product, operations and security teams to ensure compliance with banking regulations.
• Troubleshoot integration issues with client IT teams to resolve connectivity and data mapping challenges.
• Provide technical training and documentation to clients for ongoing use.
• Support sales during pre-sales by advising on technical feasibility and approaches.
• Maintain knowledge of ERP platforms and industry integration standards.
