Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a senior Product Manager to lead small business banking initiatives within our fintech platform. You’ll own core workstreams—from application and identity verification to funding, payments, and servicing—delivering customer value with urgency.

You’ll own growth from acquisition to funded accounts, run ongoing experimentation, and partner with cross-functional teams to ship durable, compliant banking features that integrate with our payroll ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in fintech, banking, or adjacent industries.
• Hands-on familiarity with business banking, BaaS platforms, deposit products, or money movement rails.
• Experience with KYB/onboarding flows, ledgering, or partner bank relationships is a plus.
• Thrives in 0→1 environments and can take a product from pre-beta to launch with limited resources.
• Ability to run an experimentation practice—hypothesis, test design, readout, and decision.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver core workstreams spanning small business banking—application and identity verification, account linking, funding, payments, cards, servicing, and exposing products on surfaces customers engage with.
• Own growth and adoption end to end from acquisition through funded, active accounts, and run continuous funnel experimentation.
• Take responsibility for the business outcomes of your workstream as a true owner.
• Be the fintech infrastructure and payments expert, untangling complexity and shipping durable systems.
• Use the payroll ecosystem to build banking features unique to our ecosystem position.
• Define how banking connects to the rest of the company platform, making the account the default funding source for operations.
• Design for self-serve by anticipating where customers get stuck and resolving in-product rather than via support.
• Coordinate daily with cross-functional teams—Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Ops—to ship resilient, compliant products.
• Partner with external vendors to deliver reliable, integrated experiences.
• Deeply understand customers’ cash flow and spending dynamics to craft compelling product narratives.
• Measure KPIs around account opening, funding, deposit growth, and primacy to drive prioritization and iteration.
