Job summary

SourceDay, Inc. seeks a Senior Technical Product Manager for Platform & API to own the platform layer beneath the application experience, including ERP integrations, the data platform, and the public REST API.

You will align with engineering leadership and customers in an established delivery process. This role requires strong analytical ability, API design experience, and clear communication; you’ll collaborate with services on complex deployments and guide platform roadmap in a hybrid

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product management, owning technical surfaces like APIs or data infrastructure.
• Practical API design knowledge: REST, auth, versioning, pagination, idempotency.
• Proficiency to query data with SQL and answer questions without delays.
• Proven track record turning a customer's problem into scalable solutions.
• Clear written communication with engineers and executives.
• Austin address or willingness to relocate for hybrid work.

Responsibilities

• Own ERP integrations roadmap and health metrics.
• Define data platform models, pipelines, and data quality standards.
• Own REST API as a product with versioning, auth, rate limits, docs.
• Lead MCP server readiness exposing SourceDay data to AI agents.
• Collaborate with professional services on major customer builds.
• Make prioritization calls on integration debt, new connectors, API investments.
• Define metrics: sync success, time to first integration, API adoption.
• Be ERP subject matter expert on behavior and data flows.
