Job summary

Berk Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an Information Technology Specialist to support day-to-day IT operations, troubleshoot issues, and assist with business application development and reporting. You will work closely with the IT team to improve systems and processes across the organization.

The role blends technical support with ERP and reporting tasks, requiring strong SQL, C#, PowerShell, and ERP experience, preferably Epicor Prophet 21, to help optimize business workflows and solutions.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years in IT roles involving software development, database/reporting, operations or related technical duties.
• Knowledge of SQL Server, SSRS, C#, PowerShell, Power Automate, Microsoft 365 administration, Windows Desktop support, and Active Directory / Entra ID.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals and strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with internal application, report, and integration support.
• Write, update, or test basic SQL queries, reports, and documentation.
• Assist with Epicor Prophet 21 / P21 ERP business application support and issue investigation.
• Help develop or document automation solutions to improve business processes.
• Participate in software testing, deployment validation, and process documentation.
• Document code, reports, workflows, troubleshooting steps, and technical solutions.
