Custom Truck One Source is a leading provider of specialized trucks and heavy equipment solutions. We seek a results-driven Account Manager to drive sales in the Southern Illinois region, with a focus on securing new customers and expanding existing accounts.

You will report to the Regional Sales Manager and will handle quoting, delivery coordination, and ongoing client relations. The ideal candidate has a background in construction vehicles and heavy equipment, with a proven sales track record

Qualifikationen

• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background screen.
• 3–5 years outside sales experience in vocational equipment or truck sales.
• Demonstrated sales achievement and new business development in vocational vehicle sales or leasing.
• Knowledge of aerial vehicles, equipment and heavy & light duty trucks is desirable.
• Excellent communication and managerial skills; proficient computer skills.
• Professional appearance and valid driver’s license.

Aufgaben

• Target new prospects, conduct needs analysis, quote, close and arrange delivery of trucks and equipment.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients; establish new accounts.
• Prospect, cold call, and define key customer segments; plan daily activities to cover outlets and factors.
• Prepare and present sales presentations; adjust content based on client type and channel.
• Maintain Salesforce activity with daily call reports and territory analyses.
