Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an Equipment Partnership Manager to oversee the strategic management and expansion of our third-party equipment portfolio. This remote role involves establishing agreements, licensing programs, and serving as the technical SME for third-party equipment across local to national levels.

You will develop strategies, manage integrators, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote offerings, monitor performance, and drive portfolio growth in the HVAC space.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of Product/Program Management experience.
• Experience with third-party equipment manufacturers or sales reps.
• Technical understanding of HVAC equipment and systems.
• Ability to train and educate field sales and operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand the third-party equipment portfolio.
• Establish representation agreements and licensing programs.
• Manage relationships with third-party integrators.
• Serve as technical SME for third-party equipment.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and engineering to promote offerings.
• Monitor portfolio performance and communicate strategy.
