Johnson Controls is seeking an Equipment Partnership Manager to lead the strategic management and expansion of our third-party equipment portfolio. The role involves establishing representation agreements, developing licensing programs, managing third-party integrators, and serving as a technical SME.

This is a remote role based in the United States. You will collaborate with sales, marketing and engineering to promote offerings, perform market research, and drive portfolio growth while staying

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of product/program management experience.
• Experience with third-party equipment manufacturers or distributors.
• Technical understanding of HVAC equipment and systems.
• Proficiency in training and educating field sales and operations.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and expand the third-party equipment portfolio to provide a full systems solution.
• Establish representation agreements and licensing programs with providers.
• Manage relationships with third-party integrators and ensure collaboration.
• Serve as the technical SME for third-party equipment across field orgs.
• Conduct market research to identify portfolio expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and engineering to promote offerings.
• Innovate with integrators to meet market needs and drive new products.
• Monitor product performance and make data-driven portfolio decisions.
• Communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders and leadership.
• Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies.
