Johnson Controls, Inc. seeks an Equipment Partnership Manager to oversee the expansion of its third-party equipment portfolio and drive comprehensive systems solutions.

You will establish representation agreements, licensing programs, and manage third-party integrators to deliver integrated offerings. In this remote role, you will act as the technical SME, conduct market analysis, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and engineering to promote growth.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years Product / Program Management experience.
• Experience with third-party equipment manufacturers or dealing with sales reps in that space.
• Technical understanding of HVAC equipment and systems.
• Proficiency in training and educating field sales and operations.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and expand the third-party equipment portfolio to offer a comprehensive systems solution.
• Establish representation agreements and licensing programs with third-party providers.
• Manage relationships with third-party integrators for collaboration and integration.
• Serve as the technical SME for third-party equipment for the field organization.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for portfolio expansion and improvement.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and engineering to promote third-party equipment.
• Innovate new product offerings with third-party integrators to meet market needs.
• Monitor product performance and make data-driven portfolio optimizations.
• Communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders and leadership.
• Stay updated on industry trends to inform portfolio management.
