Job summary

Meritus Health Inc. seeks a Clinical Analyst to lead EpicCare Ambulatory initiatives in a remote role with minimal onsite visits. You will partner with clinicians, configure Epic workflows, and support end users while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards.

Required are 5+ years in healthcare IT, hands-on EpicCare Ambulatory build experience, and EpicCare Ambulatory Certification. Beacon/Research experience is a plus, with strong analytical and project-management skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in healthcare, IT, or related field or equivalent experience.
5+ years of progressive healthcare experience with clinical IT systems.
Hands-on 2-3 years Epic build experience with EpicCare Ambulatory; Beacon/Research preferred.
Experience with outpatient clinical workflows and EMR implementations.

Responsibilities

Lead development, implementation, and optimization of EpicCare Ambulatory.
Design, build, test, and maintain Epic components to streamline workflows.
Collaborate with clinicians to analyze needs and create solutions.
Configure workflows, tools, and health maintenance processes; provide end-user support.
Drive projects, improvements, and change to enhance efficiency and patient safety.
