Job summary

Prominence is seeking an experienced Epic Ambulatory Analyst to join a multi-year Epic implementation at an academic health system, with an immediate start. You will design, build, validate, and support ambulatory clinical workflows through go-live and stabilization, collaborating with clinicians and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.

The role involves testing, documentation, end-user training, and proactive issue resolution on a nationwide Epic project.

Qualifications

• EpicCare Ambulatory certification is required.
• Hands-on Ambulatory build experience on an Epic implementation.
• Strong knowledge of ambulatory clinical workflows and documentation needs.
• Able to ramp up quickly on an in-progress project.
• Strong communication with clinicians and stakeholders.
• Experience delivering projects remotely.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and test EpicCare Ambulatory functionality and workflows.
• Validate future-state ambulatory workflows with clinicians.
• Coordinate cross-application workflows with Cadence, Orders, and other Epic modules.
• Execute testing and resolve issues surfaced.
• Support go-live readiness and clinical data conversion validation.
• Assist end-user training, go-live, and stabilization.
• Manage issues from intake to resolution; escalate risks to leadership.
• Create build documentation and transfer knowledge to customer teams.
• Additional duties to ensure successful project delivery; may join corporate functions.
