Highmark Health is seeking an Epic systems analyst to configure, roll out, and support Ambulatory Epic applications. You will perform business/system analysis, define requirements, design workflows, and resolve end-user issues.

The role involves independent project work and collaboration with end-users to implement effective Epic solutions. Requires 3 years of Epic systems administration experience, Epic Certification within 6 months, and an Associates degree (or 2 years' related work

Formación

3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
Associates degree or 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare or related field preferred.
Epic Application Certification within 6 months required.
Epic Ambulatory experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

Plans, designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports Epic software needs.
Analyzes system requirements and documents workflow, maintaining end-user guidance.
Configures changes within Epic environments to support standardized workflows and new functionality.
Provides end-user support and resolves issues to enhance Epic usage.
Manages small to medium projects and communicates progress to stakeholders.
