Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a professional to configure, rollout, and support the Epic Ambulatory applications. The role includes business/system analysis, requirements definition, documentation, system design, and issue resolution across Epic modules.

You will provide end-user guidance, create training materials, and ensure standardized workflows. The candidate should have 3 years of Epic administration experience, Epic Ambulatory, strong customer service skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in

Qualifications

3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
Experience with Epic Ambulatory.
Ability to handle analysis, design, system configuration and testing tasks at basic to moderate levels of complexity.
Excellent customer service skills.
Demonstrates knowledge of project management principles as they relate to assigned tasks.
2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of an Associate's Degree.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare or relevant experience.
Epic Application Certification within 6 months.

Responsibilities

Configures changes within the Epic environments to provide standardized, comprehensive workflows.
Plans, designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports Epic software needs.
Performs workflow analysis and documents requirements and designs.
Provides end-user guidance and training materials; supports and maintains environments.
Contributes to and manages small to medium projects; updates stakeholders on progress.
