Highmark Health is seeking an Epic Analyst to configure, roll out, and support Ambulatory Epic applications. You will perform business and systems analysis, define requirements, design solutions, and document workflows while communicating with end users to resolve issues.

The role requires at least 3 years of Epic systems administration, certification within 6 months, and an Associate degree (or 2 years of related work).

Qualifications

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months.
• Associates degree or 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare or relevant experience (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Plans, designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports Epic software.
• Analyzes system requirements and documents workflow analysis; creates training materials.
• Configures changes in Epic environments to provide standardized workflows and troubleshooting guidance.
• Manages small to medium projects and communicates progress to stakeholders.
• Performs root-cause analysis to resolve routine to moderately complex issues.
