Qualifications

• Associates degree required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, build, test, implement and support Epic software.
• Analyze system requirements and document workflows; support user experience.
• Configure Epic environments to provide standardized workflows; troubleshoot issues.
• Provide guidance and support to end-users; resolve end-user system issues.
• Manage small to medium projects; update stakeholders on progress.
• Conduct root-cause analysis to resolve routine to moderately complex problems.
