Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an Epic Client Systems Administrator to manage and optimize the Epic web and service servers from deployment through ongoing maintenance. You will automate routine tasks with PowerShell, monitor performance, and ensure system health, security, and high availability.

The role supports after-hours incidents and capacity planning in a fully remote US-based environment. A Bachelor's degree and Epic-related credentials are required.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Microsoft Windows server administration.
• Experience with virtualization platforms and load balancing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation scripts (PowerShell) to streamline tasks.
• Own health, performance, and security of Epic web/server infrastructure from deployment to maintenance.
• Monitor network and web server activity for security breaches using intrusion detection techniques.
• Participate in change control processes and capacity planning.
• Assist in configuration and troubleshooting of integrated third-party software and peripherals.
