Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Web and Service Server Administrator to manage Epic web and service servers, improve performance, and ensure high availability. The role involves automation, deployment, monitoring, and security across the Epic infrastructure, with on-site and remote flexibility.

The ideal candidate will have strong Windows server administration, hands-on experience with virtualization, load balancers like F5 and NetScaler, and familiarity with IIS and network protocols.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Microsoft Windows server administration.
• Experience with virtualization and load balancing solutions.
• Strong knowledge of IIS, TCP/IP, DNS, FTP/SCP, HTTP.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation scripts (e.g., using PowerShell) to streamline routine tasks, system deployments, and monitoring.
• Own the end-to-end health, performance, and security of Epic web and service server infrastructure, from initial deployment to ongoing maintenance and optimization.
• Collaborating with Epic and other teams to ensure proactive support.
