Job summary
UW Medicine IT Services is seeking an Epic Research Application Analyst 3 to support research-related Epic modules. This 100% remote role requires detailed requirements analysis, advanced technical solutions, and collaboration with clinical and non-clinical teams on research builds.
Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, multiple Epic certifications (Willow preferred), and 4+ years in healthcare IT, with strong project management, mentoring, and CTMS experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Epic certification requirements include Willow and other Epic modules.
- 4+ years in healthcare IT with Epic and/or OnCore CTMS exposure.
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers and perform detailed, advanced requirements analysis.
- Analyze advanced workflows and bridge current and future states.
- Design, build, test, and implement advanced enhancements to meet requirements.
- Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical teams on research builds.
- Support research needs and CTMS cross-over.
- Develop, support, and maintain interfaces/billing bridges.
- Provide production support, troubleshooting, and training.
- Participate in projects and documentation to meet customer needs.
