Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or clinical license required.
• Epic Research and Epic Dorothy certification required.
• Four to six years of clinical, research, home health, operational, or healthcare applications experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain advanced knowledge of Epic Research and Epic Dorothy functionality across modules.
• Lead collaboration with investigators, home health, clinical leaders, and vendors to optimize workflows.
• Oversee design, configuration, validation, and training related to Epic Research and Dorothy.
• Perform complex analysis and build workflows for enrollment, scheduling, and documentation.
• Coordinate interfaces with related clinical and enterprise applications and ensure governance compliance.
• Support incident response, testing, and ongoing maintenance for assigned applications.
