Job summary

The Planet Group is seeking an experienced IT implementation professional with Epic Professional Billing expertise to lead complex PB projects remotely across the United States.

Ideal candidates will coordinate workflow design, configuration, testing, training, and delivery for Epic PB and related Claims Management initiatives, collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to ensure successful implementations and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of PB implementation experience.
• Epic PB certification and current CEE.
• Experience with Claims Management and Professional Billing workflows.
• Experience developing or working with Epic Reporting Workbench reports.
• Experience supporting Epic-integrated projects and deployments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess business and user requirements and recommend system designs and configurations.
• Lead workflow review, documentation, design, build, configuration, and testing activities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, IT teams, SMEs, and vendors to support milestones.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and implementation documentation.
• Support data movement, integration testing, data validation, and conversion testing.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions with technical teams and vendors.
• Conduct customer workflow assessments and recommend process improvements.
• Deliver pre- and post-implementation training and develop training materials.
• Coordinate implementation meetings, communicate project status, and manage milestones.
• Generate reports and support data analysis to meet requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and product stakeholders for successful deployments.
