The role includes system build, testing, problem resolution, and ensuring accurate, compliant billing operations.

You'll translate operational needs into Epic designs, own functional areas, document decisions, and collaborate with PB, SBO, and Claims teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building and supporting Epic Resolute PB
• Proficient with charge router workflows and payment posting
• Ability to translate payer rules into Epic designs
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
• Epic PB certification and Quest system training

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Epic PB components and rules
• Own assigned functional areas and deliver configurations on schedule
• Perform testing including integrated and regression tests
• Collaborate with PB, SBO, and Claims teams across sites
• Maintain current build documentation and runbooks
• Support go-live and post-deployment stabilization
