Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Epic Professional Billing (PB), Claims, or related revenue cycle applications.
• Experience with Epic implementations, optimization, or production support.
• Knowledge of professional billing workflows and claims processing.

Responsabilités

• Support Epic PB and Claims build, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Participate in implementations, upgrades, go-lives, and optimization initiatives.
• Analyze billing workflows, claims processing, and revenue cycle operations.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to improve system functionality and workflows.
• Provide ongoing application support and resolve system issues.
