OCHIN, Inc. is seeking an experienced Epic Patient Access Application Analyst to join the Epic Product Team. The role will help shape strategy, design, and optimization across the Epic Patient Access suite, providing SME guidance and supporting upgrades.

The candidate should have 5+ years in Healthcare IT, current Epic Prelude and Grand Central certifications, and strong knowledge of patient access workflows. This is a full-time, fully remote position with nationwide travel as needed.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years as an Analyst in Healthcare IT.
• Current certification in Epic Prelude and Grand Central.
• Nice to Have Certifications: Referrals, Cadence, Business Continuity.
• Healthcare IT work history required.
• Experience with building system application packages and patient access workflows.
• Strong communication with both non-technical users and technical teams.

Responsabilidades

• Contributes to strategy, design, and optimization of the Epic Patient Access product suite.
• Provides subject-matter expertise and informs best-practice workflows.
• Delivers system enhancements and supports organizational initiatives including upgrades.
• Communicates effectively with stakeholders across teams and end users.
