Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners in the United States seeks an Epic Optimization Analyst – Oversight Coordinator to coordinate Epic optimization initiatives across client operations, IT teams, and Epic Services.

You will manage intake, governance, ticket submission, and reporting, leading cross-functional calls and ensuring timely progress. Remote role with occasional travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Epic revenue cycle functions.
• Bachelor's degree required; HFMA certification within 6 months preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage intake for enhancement and maintenance requests from validation to resolution.
• Lead cross-functional governance and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Facilitate client IT and Epic Services calls and document outcomes.
• Submit approved requests to ticketing systems and track progress to resolution.
• Develop project plans with leadership and monitor milestones and statuses.
• Produce accurate status reports and maintain knowledge of Epic revenue cycle functionality.
