Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking an Epic Optimization Analyst – Oversight Coordinator to drive coordination of Epic optimization initiatives from intake to resolution. You will manage project plans, priorities, and cross‑functional discussions to keep requests moving forward and ensure client satisfaction.

The role requires curiosity, persistence and strong communication, with 1–2 years of Epic revenue cycle experience and travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Education: 4 year/Bachelors degree; licensure/certification preferred with HFMA exam within 6 months.
• 1–2 years of experience in Epic revenue cycle functions (PB, HB, HIM or Patient Access).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, organization and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented and adaptable.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft products: Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook; knowledge of hospital revenue cycle.

Responsibilities

• Request intake and oversight: manage intake for enhancement/maintenance requests from submission to resolution.
• Review and governance: participate in ES review calls and cross-functional governance.
• Meeting facilitation and collaboration: lead calls with client IT, Epic Services, and Ensemble teams.
• Ticket submission and follow-up: submit requests to ticketing systems and track to resolution.
• Project management/follow up: develop plans, timelines and track progress; escalate as needed.
• Communication and documentation: produce status reports and maintain detailed records.
