Ensemble Health Partners seeks an Epic Optimization Analyst – Oversight Coordinator to serve as a detail‑oriented liaison between operational leaders, client IT teams, and Epic Services. This role owns the coordination and oversight of optimization initiatives from request through resolution, driving cross‑functional discussions to keep work moving forward.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in Epic revenue cycle, strong communication, and a willingness to travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Epic revenue cycle functions.
• Bachelor's degree or higher; certification preferred within 6 months.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Manage intake for enhancement and maintenance requests from submission to resolution.
• Lead client calls with IT, Epic Services, and Ensemble teams to drive decisions.
• Obtain cross‑functional approvals and set priorities for requests.
• Submit approved requests to client tickets and track to resolution.
• Maintain detailed records and generate status reports on requests and projects.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure smooth operations and improvements.
