Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking an Epic Optimization Analyst – Oversight Coordinator to manage the intake, governance, and execution of Epic optimization efforts. You will coordinate with client IT, Epic Services, and Ensemble teams to drive decisions, track progress, and ensure timely resolution.

The role requires 1–2 years in Epic revenue cycle functions, plus strong communication and project-management skills. Some travel and onsite collaboration are expected, with a remote-friendly setup.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Epic revenue cycle experience (PB/HB/HIM or Patient Access).
• Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and to work onsite as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate intake and oversight of Epic optimization requests from submission to resolution.
• Lead calls with client IT, Epic Services, and Ensemble teams; document outcomes and owners.
• Submit approved requests to client ticketing systems and track progress to resolution.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and status reports; escalate as needed.
