Job summary

Kelly seeks two highly experienced Senior Epic OpTime/Anesthesia Advisors to support the implementation and activation of a new Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC). This role goes beyond configuration, serving as trusted advisors to operational, clinical, and executive stakeholders through planning, design, build, testing, readiness, and go-live activities.

Qualifications

• Epic OpTime/Anesthesia certification is required.
• Minimum 5 years of Epic experience.
• Minimum 5 years supporting perioperative, surgical services, or anesthesia workflow design.
• Demonstrated experience in OpTime and Anesthesia implementation projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Epic, operational leaders, physicians, nursing and anesthesia leadership, and project teams.
• Guide readiness activities for launching a new Ambulatory Surgery Center.
• Lead workflow discovery sessions and operational design workshops.
• Identify process gaps, risks, dependencies, and decisions impacting ASC success.
• Educate stakeholders on ASC operations and perioperative best practices.
• Translate operational objectives into Epic design recommendations.
• Support governance, decision-making, and issue resolution.
• Mentor client analysts and stakeholders.
• Develop executive-ready recommendations and presentations.
• Drive action-item accountability and adoption efforts.
