Presbyterian Healthcare Services in Albuquerque is seeking a Senior EPIC Configuration Analyst (Epic Optime). The role requires in-depth Epic System knowledge, collaboration with SMEs and end users, and the ability to tailor the system to organizational needs.

It offers full-time, exempt status with hybrid work arrangements. You will provide tier-2 support, develop specs and test cases, modify Epic records, and work across teams to implement changes and ensure workflow alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 2 years' IT or business experience.
• 2 years of Epic specific experience. 6 years' of additional experience can be substituted in lieu of degree.
• Epic certified in supporting application plus additional proficiency/certification/badges in related application area

Responsibilities

• Provide tier-2 support of application incidents and 24/7 on-call coverage as required.
• Analyze and resolve incidents, maintenance items, enhancements, upgrades, and projects across teams.
• Develop requirements, specifications and test cases for new or enhanced functionality; ensure test scripts reflect workflows.
• Modify Epic records, tables, and master files to support design and changes.
• Implement changes using documented procedures compliant with policies.
• Participate in team and cross-team meetings and maintain records.
• Understand workflows and integration between the Epic application and downstream systems.
• Create new workflows with SME collaboration and support training teams with new functionality.

This position conducts regular day-to-day communication, reviews software, demonstrates a deeper understanding of business operations, and works with Epic, Subject Matter Experts, and end users to tailor the system to fit the organization's needs. Responsibilities:

• Provide tier-2 support of application incidents reported through the help desk; including 24/7 on call coverage as required.
• Perform analysis to resolve application incidents, maintenance items, enhancement requests, upgrades / updates, and projects, collaborating with colleagues and across teams.
• Develop and maintain requirements / specifications and test cases for new or enhanced functionality to department applications. Ensure the test scripts have been created, reviewed, and updated to reflect workflow solutions.
• Modify Epic records, tables, and master files to support the application design, additions, and changes.
• Implement changes using documented procedures that are compliant with department s policies and procedures.
• Actively participate and contribute in team and cross-team meetings and maintain appropriate meeting records.
• Have advanced understanding of your supported application, integration and general understanding of clinical/revenue cycle applications.
• Work independently 100% of the time.
• Promote teamwork within and with other teams
• Ensure the test scripts have been created, reviewed, and updated to reflect workflow solutions.
• Support the training team by keeping trainers abreast of new functionality and system changes.
• Understanding of workflows, integration between application, downstream systems, and integrated workflows.
• Create new workflows with collaboration of SME
• Create solutions that allow our end users to be more productive and effective.

In office expected for individuals within 60 Miles of Albuquerque every Tues, Wed, Thurs.
