ORLANDO HEALTH seeks an Epic Products Analyst to provide direct Epic application support across the lifecycle, focusing on OpTIme Anesthesia. This role analyzes user and system needs, tests configurations, and maintains application tables to meet organizational requirements.

You will collaborate with IT and clinical teams, manage security access, and participate in testing and upgrades while ensuring data integrity and interoperability across Epic modules.

Formación

• Epic certification is required within six months of appointment.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a healthcare operations field or IT.
• Experience with Epic or other electronic health record software.

Responsabilidades

• Reviews end-user performance, tracks issues, and monitors system capabilities.
• Performs workflow analysis and data-driven reporting to support decision-making.
• Coordinates application upgrades and validates new module releases.
• Ensures interoperability between Epic applications and other systems.
