Job summary

Risant Health, a nonprofit affiliate of Kaiser, is transforming healthcare by accelerating value-based care adoption. The Clinical Informatics Epic Analyst will coordinate, optimize, and maintain Epic EHR systems, partnering with clinical and administrative teams to improve patient care.

Responsibilities include configuring Epic modules, optimizing workflows, delivering training, and building custom reports for decision-making and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare IT, CS, or related field.
• Minimum five years in clinical, healthcare IT, or informatics settings.
• At least two years of hands-on Epic experience; familiarity with Epic modules preferred.

Responsibilities

• Epic system management: plan, design, configure Epic functionality; SME on Epic configuration.
• Workflow optimization: analyze workflows and translate needs into Epic configurations.
• Training and user support: provide training, documentation, and issue resolution for Epic.
• Data reporting & compliance: use Epic tools to extract/analyze data; create dashboards.
• Cross-team collaboration: coordinate with Risant Health, affiliates, and KP IT teams.
