Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking an Epic Home Health Analyst for the Shared Services Capability team to support and maintain Epic Home Health workflows and related modules used by patients and providers.

You will collaborate with operational and clinical teams, assess requests, perform testing, and help standardize processes to improve care delivery, with remote work across the U.S.

In Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. areas, in-office presence is required four days a week.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Epic Home Health or Home Care Experience.
• Experience supporting Epic Home Health workflows, preferably with Home Care and/or Hospice operations knowledge.
• Experience with system analysis, configuration, testing, and implementation activities within Epic.
• Proven experience working with operational stakeholders and/or external vendors.
• Direct experience working with Epic in an analyst build role.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and resolves issues (both user reported and vendor reported).
• Participates, and occasionally leads medium and large projects.
• Collaborates with team members and teams from other capability sub-domains to problem solve or manage projects.
• Perform, maintain and build tools within Epic per operational and vendor requirements.
