Job summary

Optum Insight is seeking an Epic Home Health Analyst to join the Shared Services Capability team, supporting and maintaining clinical workflows and Epic Home Health modules for providers and care teams. This role is remote across the United States, with in-office expectations in Minneapolis area for four days per week when required.

You will collaborate with operational and clinical teams to ensure SLAs are met, assess requests, and enable automation and standardization of Epic processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Epic Home Health or Home Care experience.
• Experience supporting Epic Home Health workflows and modules.
• Experience with system analysis, configuration, testing, and implementation in Epic.
• Proven experience collaborating with operational stakeholders and vendors.
• Direct experience with Epic in an analyst build role.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and resolves issues across Epic Home Health.
• Participates in, and occasionally leads, medium and large projects.
• Works with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements in Epic.
• Performs, maintains, and builds Epic tools per requirements.
