Meritus Health Inc. in Maryland is seeking a Clinical Systems Analyst – Home Health with Epic expertise to develop, implement, optimize, and support Epic and related clinical applications.

This 100% remote, full-time role requires Epic Care Home Health certification or the ability to obtain it within 60 days, plus 3+ years of Epic Application Build and 5+ years in healthcare IT. You will work with Ambulatory Application Manager to enhance workflows, support clinicians, and ensure patient safety

Qualificações

• Epic Analyst with Home Health experience required.
• Minimum 3 years Epic Application Build.
• Minimum 5 years progressive healthcare experience.
• Experience in home health, hospital, or major medical center IT deployments.
• Experience designing or supporting clinical systems.
• Experience with CPOE, clinical docs, home health, billing, scheduling, or health IT.
• Hands-on Epic clinical systems experience and past project team work.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, configure, implement, and support Epic and related clinical information systems.
• Translate clinical and operational needs into Epic workflows.
• Analyze processes to identify improvements and practical solutions.
• Build/configure system components, test, document, and support deployments.
• Develop workflows and help end users understand Epic functionality.
• Partner with clinical and business teams to improve processes and safety.
• Troubleshoot issues and compare application functionality to requirements.
• Lead meetings with stakeholders to resolve issues and drive projects.
• Participate in rotating on-call to maintain system availability.
• Stay current on Epic features and Home Health needs.
