Job summary

MedStar Health is actively recruiting an Epic Analyst certified in Healthy Planet to support the go-live in Fall 2027. This role is primarily remote, with monthly travel to the DC/MD area and training sessions as needed.

Under IS leadership, you will design, implement, and maintain Epic solutions and integrations, advise stakeholders, and contribute to requirement definitions, testing, and report development. On-call 24x7 availability is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is required.
• 5 years technical experience in healthcare or business environment is required.
• EPIC Certification in Healthy Planet is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Epic applications, delivering advanced support and guidance.
• Lead Epic projects, enhancements, upgrades, and go-live activities.
• Monitor performance, data integrity, and system utilization for reliability.
• Collaborate with clinical/operational teams to improve workflows and accuracy.
• Coordinate testing, maintenance, integration, and issue resolution with vendors.
• Develop documentation, test plans, and training materials; provide end-user training.
