Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive experience in clinical, business, or healthcare operations.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field as a minimum requirement.
• Epic certification in Healthy Planet and Ambulatory certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, validate, maintain and support Epic Healthy Planet workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across departments.
• Mentor other analysts and manage complex projects independently.
• Provide on-call coverage and participate in project management per IS protocols.
