Job summary

Emory Healthcare seeks an Epic Analyst focused on the Healthy Planet module to support Epic workflows across the system, with initial emphasis on risk adjustment/HCC and Compass Rose. Certification in Healthy Planet and Ambulatory is required.

You will collaborate across disciplines to design, build, test, and support Epic configurations, while mentoring peers and aligning with project management standards. Remote role with state residency requirement.

Qualifications

• Epic certification in assigned area within first 90 days of training or after hire.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in healthcare operations or 5 years without degree.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, validate, maintain and support Epic Healthy Planet.
• Work with interdisciplinary teams to meet goals.
• Build positive relationships with clinical and financial stakeholders.
• Mentor other analysts and manage complex projects independently.
• Provide on-call coverage and project management support.
• Stay current on Epic version training and certifications.
