Job summary

Emory Healthcare is seeking an Epic Analyst focused on the Healthy Planet module to join our Epic application team and support Healthy Planet workflows across the system.

The ideal candidate will hold Healthy Planet and Ambulatory certifications, with experience in risk adjustment and Compass Rose, and will collaborate with clinical and finance partners to deliver reliable build, testing and on-call support. This remote role requires residence in Georgia or listed states.

Qualifications

• Epic certifications required within 90 days of hire.
• Minimum 3 years in healthcare operations or 5 years with no degree.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Epic Healthy Planet and Ambulatory workflows is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, validate, maintain and support Epic Healthy Planet.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to meet goals.
• Serve as a business partner with service lines and departments.
• Provide on-call coverage and project management support.
• Adhere to IS project management protocols and documentation.
